Refund Policy
How refunds are handled for paid services and premium guidance.
1. Eligibility
Refunds apply only to paid premium guidance, application concierge, or similar add-ons purchased directly from Indis Academy. Institution application fees are subject to each institution’s rules.
2. Window
Requests must be raised within 7 days of purchase and before any one-on-one session or submission has been completed.
3. Process
- Email support with your order ID and reason.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Partial refunds may apply if services have started.
4. Non-Refundable
Completed counselling sessions, downloadable resources already delivered, and third-party exam/application fees are non-refundable.
